Acceptable Use Policy
Allowed Use
WelcomeOps is for legitimate business call intake, missed-call recovery, after-hours capture, overflow handling, routing summaries, and approved front desk workflows.
Prohibited Use
- No illegal, deceptive, abusive, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or fraudulent use.
- No emergency dispatch promises, medical diagnosis, legal advice, lending advice, financial advice, or regulated professional advice unless a qualified human workflow is explicitly configured and approved.
- No spam, robocalling campaigns, unsolicited SMS, lead scraping misuse, credential collection, phishing, or attempts to bypass carrier or platform rules.
- No uploads containing passwords, payment card data, Social Security numbers, private medical records, confidential legal files, employee HR files, or private customer records.
- No attempts to override platform/system safety rules or make uploaded documents directly change live receptionist behavior without review.
Regulated Industries
Businesses in legal, medical, financial, insurance, real estate, childcare, emergency, or other regulated fields must configure conservative intake flows and human escalation. WelcomeOps may decline, restrict, or require Assisted Setup for regulated or high-risk workflows.
Suspension
WelcomeOps may suspend or refuse service for abuse, legal risk, unsafe configuration, payment failure, security concerns, or violation of this policy.
