Billing Policy
Current Pricing
- Starter: $149/month and capped at 100 answered calls per month.
- Core: $349/month and capped at 250 answered calls per month.
- Pro: $599/month and capped at 500 answered calls per month.
- Launch Setup: $149 one-time fee for profile setup, call flow configuration, knowledge base setup, testing, and forwarding instructions.
Launch Setup
Launch Setup is a one-time $149 fee charged on subscription checkout. Setup style can change how much help WelcomeOps gives during onboarding, but it does not change the monthly plan price.
Monthly Plan Caps
Starter, Core, and Pro are capped plans. Starter includes up to 100 answered calls per month, Core includes up to 250, and Pro includes up to 500. If a business needs a different billing model, a separate usage-based backup path may be offered from time to time and billed monthly based on answered calls.
Recurring Billing
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Stripe processes payment information. WelcomeOps does not store full card numbers.
Cancellation
You may request cancellation by emailing hello@welcomeops.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after the current paid term. The service may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds
Launch Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding begins. Usage charges, phone number fees, and subscription charges are non-refundable except where required by law. Email refund requests to hello@welcomeops.com.
Taxes And Price Changes
Prices may exclude taxes, telecom fees, carrier charges, and third-party fees. WelcomeOps may change pricing for future terms with notice where required. Current customers will be told before a price change affects a renewal.
Checkout Does Not Mean Live Activation
Payment starts onboarding. The receptionist is not considered live until the customer-approved profile, forwarding path, and test step are complete.
