Terms of Service
These Terms govern use of WelcomeOps websites, demos, setup flows, pilots, subscriptions, and related AI front desk services. By using WelcomeOps or submitting setup information, you agree to these Terms.
Service
WelcomeOps provides AI receptionist setup, call-intake workflows, routing summaries, demo previews, onboarding support, and related operational tools for businesses. The service is not live until the required customer approval, forwarding, and test steps are complete.
Customer Responsibilities
- You must be authorized to configure the business, phone number, forwarding path, account, and materials you submit.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of business hours, services, pricing, emergency instructions, regulated-industry rules, and escalation contacts.
- You must review and approve receptionist profiles before use and must promptly tell WelcomeOps about incorrect or outdated information.
- You are responsible for complying with laws that apply to your business, including caller notices, professional licensing rules, privacy duties, and call recording/forwarding rules.
AI Limitations
AI systems may misunderstand callers, produce incomplete summaries, or require human review. WelcomeOps is not a substitute for emergency services, licensed professional advice, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, human dispatch, confirmed bookings, confirmed reservations, or payment processing unless a specific approved workflow and human/system integration exists.
Demos
Demos may be built from public information and are for preview purposes only. A demo is not an endorsement, installation, partnership, or connected live system unless the business owner approves and WelcomeOps confirms activation.
Uploads And Content
You keep ownership of materials you submit, but you grant WelcomeOps permission to use them to configure, test, operate, support, and improve your AI front desk. Do not submit confidential, regulated, illegal, infringing, or sensitive material that is not appropriate for receptionist behavior.
Subscriptions, Billing, Cancellation, And Refunds
Pricing, renewals, cancellation, refunds, Self-Service discounts, and Assisted Setup fees are described in the Billing Policy, which is part of these Terms.
Acceptable Use
You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may suspend or refuse service if use creates legal, security, abuse, spam, fraud, safety, or reputational risk.
No Guaranteed Results
WelcomeOps can help capture missed calls and organize lead summaries, but we do not guarantee revenue, bookings, conversion rates, rankings, reviews, or business outcomes.
Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, WelcomeOps is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. WelcomeOps aggregate liability for a claim is limited to amounts paid to WelcomeOps for the service giving rise to the claim during the three months before the event, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The effective date will show when the current version applies. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
