AI Receptionist Disclosure
WelcomeOps uses automated AI systems to answer or help answer business calls, ask questions, capture caller details, generate summaries, and route information. AI can make mistakes, misunderstand callers, omit details, or require human review.
Human Review Before Live Use
Uploaded documents and setup materials do not directly create live receptionist behavior. WelcomeOps or its provisioning workflow generates a draft profile that must be reviewed and approved before live activation.
Call Forwarding
WelcomeOps provides carrier-family starting instructions for conditional call forwarding. Codes and settings vary by provider, account type, device, and region. Customers are responsible for confirming forwarding with their phone provider and completing a test call before considering the setup live. Do not use forward-all-calls unless WelcomeOps specifically confirms that path with you.
Call Recording And Consent
Some workflows may record calls, create transcripts, or store call summaries. Call recording and consent laws vary by location. Customers are responsible for providing any required caller notices, consent language, employee notices, and signage or scripts for their business and jurisdictions. WelcomeOps can help add a disclosure script, but customers remain responsible for legal compliance.
SMS Status
SMS delivery and automated texting are not enabled for general WelcomeOps use until consent, opt-out, carrier, and A2P/10DLC readiness steps are complete. Email and dashboard-style summaries remain the default unless an approved messaging workflow exists.
Professional And Emergency Limits
WelcomeOps does not provide emergency services, medical diagnosis, legal advice, financial advice, property valuations, insurance determinations, repair diagnosis, dispatch guarantees, confirmed reservations, confirmed showings, or payment collection unless a specific approved workflow and human/system path exists.

Demos may be generated from public information and are not installed, connected, endorsed, or live unless the business owner approves and WelcomeOps confirms activation. Demo conversations and summaries are examples, not guaranteed real-world results.
